While Lean Six Sigma may often promote standardization and the reduction of variation, we must make an exception to this when considering our approach to mentoring, coaching and support.

coaching and support- Contact hours: 5 hours EUR 500, 10 hours EUR 1000, 15 hours EUR 1500 Etc.
- Contact methods: Any video-or teleconference tools of your preference, e-mail and telephone.
- Materials: 2+ Hours of introductory video material + the practitioner’s field guide book ‘Lean Six Sigma and Minitab’ + any extra materials you may require that I am able to provide.
I have just completed the two week Lean Six Sigma Industrial Black Belt Course with Michel as the lead instructor. His instruction has truly been first rate. His experience and expertise are clearly evident in his teaching and he has a great ability to explain the more complicated concepts in an easy to understand and relevant way.
