Aiming to achieve IASSC Green Belt or Black Belt certification?

Together we will take on the IASSC curriculum until you are ready to ace the exams, no matter what your starting point may be.

We can hold mentoring sessions together through a video conferencing tool of your preference and can also keep in touch via e-mail and phone calls.

Generally speaking, most people with only some basic experience in Lean Six Sigma tend to require around 40 hours of mentoring in combination with the online video content and the corresponding  handbook to be fully ready for the Black Belt exam. My mentoring includes up to 60 hours of contact, so as to ensure you will have all the time you need to do things at your pace.

We will start off with an introductory call to discuss your objectives, scheduling preferences and current level of expertise. Once we have that settled, we can plan out our tailor-made approach, send you the materials and then begin your journey to achieve the IASSC mark of mastery.

How can I help you?

Aside from my years of experience in both the subject matter itself and in teaching it, I am also an IASSC Accredited Training Associate. I have extensive experience with the IASSC body of knowledge and am familiar with each of the topics according to their interpretation by the IASSC. Having taught based on the IASSC Body of Knowledge I think you will benefit from this experience as it prevents differences in interpretation between the body of knowledge and your mentor.
